Just Kaffe in medical scrubs. When I first rolled Kaffe up as a Traveller character, I supposed her to be a neurosurgeon (because it was handy for the campaign she was in), but I've since supposed that Kaffe was more likely trained as a trauma surgeon, serving as a Navy doctor aboard Marine troop ships.
