Instant mom

Occasionally, one will hear about a woman giving birth without knowing she was pregnant, and even more occasionally without much labor.  I imagine that's what's happening to this woman here, suddenly giving birth (and accordingly shocked) while straining to loosen a stuck bolt on a piece of machinery.  To make it more plausible, I made her a little heavy to hide the extra weight, and older so she might think her recently-missed periods were just a sign of premenopause.
