Thetamassive pregnancy - 1.5K fetuses

Description

A somewhat conjectural picture showing what a transhuman lady (floating in microgravity) might look like carrying 1500 fetuses near full term.  Although a transhuman would normally not bear more than 200 children in her entire life, something like this might occur because of extreme hyperovulation, or certain other unlikely scenarios.  The lady's mass here at 38 weeks is slightly greater than that of the largest known female sperm whale (though not a male sperm whale, as male sperm whales are usually much larger).

The two small circles on the lower belly are food and waste ports and the small triangles are medical sensor displays (mainly for inspection by medical personnel).  As with other thetamassive pregnancies, this pregnancy is only possible because of temporary organ systems created by medical nanobots, which are also responsible for monitoring the health of the mother and offspring.  Most of the nanobots and temporary organ systems would be expelled along with the fetuses during a birth process which would take many days.  (And for anyone wondering, the immense folds of loose flesh left behind would also be sloughed off as a final stage of the birth process.)

Wow her belly has a density approximately 500Kg/m^3

Is that similar to most living organisms? I don’t know.
