Triplet bump on subway

Just Karina showing a rapidly growing bump (only 12 weeks along but with triplets).  I imagine her to be aboard a subway car on some planet somewhere;  just as in our time, there probably are seats reserved for pregnant ladies but maybe she just stood up to get ready to get off at the next stop.
